Welcome to the website of artist Helen Tarr. Helen is a British artist, originally from Gloucestershire and currently living in the National Forest area of East Staffordshire. Her paintings reflect her interest in the restorative effect of the natural environment, both as a subject for studio paintings and when working in the landscape en plein air.
